Contract Administrator - iae GLOBAL

Overview

Reporting to the CEO and the Director of Global Strategic Support (DGSS), the Contract Administrator will assist the iae GLOBAL senior executive team and the DGSS to manage and oversee company contracts, especially with partner institutions. The primary duties will be to prepare, negotiate, and record iae GLOBAL agreements, and disseminate timely key contract information to iae sales offices. The Contract Administrator should ideally have experience in the international education industry and be familiar with the legal requirements and terms to help ensure that all company contracts comply with legislative requirements in their respective jurisdiction while meeting our company goals.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Review, renew, and update existing contracts, and help apply and acquire new desired agreements. Prepare the contracts for execution by company authorised signatories.
  • Negotiate, follow up, and follow through with internal parties and external partners throughout the contract process, from application to award and until completion.
  • Assist iae GLOBAL Group directors or sales office leaders with proposals and relevant presentations for agent agreement application, negotiation, and renewal, and with tenders for contracts.
  • Receive, record, and file contracts and all related documents and correspondence. Perform data entry into iae designated platforms, and help maintain and update the contract databases.
  • Report, explain, and relay key contract information and/or changes to iae sales office managers/directors and authorised senior staff.
  • Help iae GLOBAL Head of Finance and/or relevant iae sales offices with partner institution supplier registration, provision of bank account details or supporting documents, and other required task(s) to ensure commission claim success and receipt of commission payment.
  • Ensure full iae GLOBAL Group (network and staff) compliance with company contracts with partner institutions and other external parties.
  • Analyse potential risks involved with contract terms and/or changes, and advise the iae GLOBAL group directors and/or relevant country/market managers on how to effectively address them in a timely manner.
  • Perform other duties and tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor or Master degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or equivalent
  • Experience in related field: 2-4 years
  • English Proficiency with TOEIC score at least 800
